I got the OBDLink EX, seems to work fine. I had an older one laying around that didn't work, so cable makes a differece.
Yeah I just ordered that cable. Was using a Bluetooth obd link, I'll see if that was the issue.

I could be wrong but BLE dongles are only supported by viewing and clear code apps like FORScan Lite and OBDFusion. Windows app needs hardwired OBD to USB cable.

I already used my Bluetooth dongle to make some changes. But I will see if the cable connection gives me access to more modules. I should have the new one tomorrow.

Yeah I think there are a couple in there like that. I switched them all to enabled. If I have time I'll go one by one and see which is the actual one that does it.

I just checked and confirm that “DRL with Turn Signal” works!

Yeah that's the one I was looking for. Should be in the same module. Thanks for sharing!

OK, I got the new cable yesterday. Not only did I discover that my license key expired but I was not able to see the other modules without creating a new file(instead of picking the saved file I had used prior to get into the modules). After all the updating I was able to get into all the modules with the Bluetooth dongle. However, there was no way to check or clear DTC's with it. Only with the cable was I able to see those options.

I tried finding the turn signal from 3 to 5 but not able to locate it. Anyone know where it is?
Also wanting to turn off the seat belt buckled screen on the speedometer when someone buckles/unbuckles.

I saw that turn signal option in there when I was doing a deep dive. Ill have to go back and figure out where it was again. For the seatbelt screen, just use the codes mentioned above. It worked.

So this truck has an option in the settings under vehicle for “quiet start”.
Am I the only one that would like an option for a loud start?
Would be cool to be able to cold start the truck with the exhaust in “Baja”.
Maybe this is something that could be figured out in Forscan?
I often turn the truck on (hit the button without holding down brake pedal) and switch the exhaust the Baja, then start the truck up. It’s a pain but if you want that loud start..
