I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was really nice and helpful, especially at breakfast. They served a delicious hot breakfast with a variety of options, and the chefs were quick to customize it to my liking. The hotel is also clean and beautiful, with great facilities and free parking. Additionally, the location is perfect as it is very near the airport and also close to the Zona Rosa shopping area and several restaurants.

This hotel is a great choice for staying in the Kansas City area. It is located near the Zona Rosa shopping area and several other shopping centers. It is also close to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel also has a pool and fitness center for guests to use.

The stairwells could use some cleaning to improve their appearance and smell.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The exterior may have been a bit concerning at first, but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior was beautifully designed, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the presence of a bar/restaurant on-site, where we enjoyed a wonderful happy hour and tasty pizza. The lobby and seating area provided ample space for relaxation without feeling crowded. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable and the staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and cozy, making our stay comfortable. We loved the happy hour from 5:30-7:30 pm, where we enjoyed wine, beer, and snacks. The lobby and open dining area had a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelettes, pancakes, and bacon. It was a great advantage to have a safe parking space and a location away from the hustle and bustle. We truly felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay.The hotel room had a problem with the heat system, which had to be repaired.
